Overview:
Make documentation available to those persons responsible for implementing the procedures to which the documentation pertains.

Action Items:
1) Obtain and review documentation of policies and procedures regarding the availability of documentation.
2) Obtain and review documentation demonstrating that Security Rule policies and procedures are made available to the workforce members responsible for implementing the pertaining procedures. Evaluate and determine if implementation is in accordance with related policies and procedures.
